Shaw Road To Be Partially Closed Friday

PUYALLUP, WA — A construction project will close a stretch of Shaw Road this Friday and the following Friday, Oct. 16. According to the City of Puyallup, crews will be repaving the intersection of Shaw and 23rd, forcing them to close a large stretch of Shaw Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. During the closure, southbound traffic will be rerouted off of Shaw at 15th street. Southbound traffic will be detoured off of Shaw at 27th street. During the closure, the city says only those who need to use Shaw to access their homes will be allowed on the roadway between 15th and 27th streets.
