Puyallup's Fill The Canoe School Drive Begins Saturday

PUYALLUP, WA — Puyallup's annual Fill the Canoe school drive starts this Saturday, but it will be a little different this year. Organizers say, because of the pandemic, they've been forced to push the whole drive online. Instead of donating supplies directly and filling a real-lief canoe in person, they're instead asking donors to give money online. Donations will be accepted at FillTheCanoe.com between August 1 and 21. Organizers say all donations will be matched by the Red Canoe Credit Union, and all the money they raise will be used to buy school for students in Puyallup.
