On your regular yard waste day, either Monday, January 4th or Monday, January 11th, please prepare and place your tree curbside by 7 am. How to prepare your tree for recycling: Ensure that your tree is unflocked (no artificial snow is attached to it) Remove the tree stand, tinsel, decorations, nails, or staples Cut taller trees into smaller sections Do not place your tree in a garbage container. You can either place the tree on the ground or in your yard waste container as long as it is cut into shorter sections and fits the container with the lid closed.
