Candidates who have prior recruiting, administrative & or impressive forward facing and phone customer service skills should apply for this opportunity. Candidates will be working individually and in a team setting to recruit new external employees for immediate hiring opportunities in several fields including production, maintenance, industrial, customer service and tech. Responsibilities Overview: Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with people while screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for employment opportunities Hire for employment opportunities including but are not limited to temporary project positions, temp-to-hire and direct hire.
