GIG HARBOR, WA — The Gig Harbor Police Department is hoping the public will recognize a man who they've identified as a 'person of interest' in a recent car prowling incident. A person of interest is not officially suspected of a crime, but it does mean police officers would like to speak to him about the case. Officers have released several surveillance photos of the man and the car he left the area in. Please help us identify this person of interest seen near a vehicle prowl that occurred 8/25. No plates on the vehicle. The male has a large tattoo on his right forearm. If you recognize him or the vehicle, please call Det.
