BELLEVUE, WA—The intersection and area near NE 20th Street and 140th Avenue NE has reopened following a serious car vs. pedestrian collision Monday morning. According to collision investigators, the driver of a car was traveling eastbound on N.E. 20th and turned onto 140th and struck the pedestrian. A male victim has been transported to a nearby hospital. Eastbound lanes of N.E. 20th at 140th Avenue NE were closed for several hours, police said.
