WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 4, on charges linked to two different incidents of obscene sexual displays, according to police. Police identified the man as Jamie Kentrel Harris of Manassas. The first incident was reported to police on Jan. 29 at Didi's Discount Store in Woodbridge. Two women told police that while they were shopping in the store, they were approached by a man they did not know. The man made a noise to draw the women's attention. He then exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures toward the women, according to police reports. The man fled before police arrived on the scene, according to authorities. A second incident occurred on Feb. 3 at the At Home store in Woodbridge, according to police. A woman was shopping when an unknown man, later identified as Harris, approached her and made obscene gestures. The woman left the area, and no physical contact was made between her and Harris, police said. Prince William County officers obtained arrest warrants for Harris and were able to arrest him on Feb. 4 without any further incident. Harris is charged with two counts of obscene sexual display and one count of indecent exposure. He is being held without bond and his court date is pending. Have a story idea?
