VIENNA, VA — A man was arrested and charged on Thursday for an alleged sexual assault, according to Vienna Police. Vienna Police and members of the United States Marshals Service arrested Saul Alberto Garay-Amaya in Mt. Rainier, Maryland Thursday morning. The arrest followed a long investigation by detectives who learned that he allegedly sexually assaulted a female victim in September. According to Vienna Police spokesperson Juan Vazquez, the investigation is active. Details of the crime were not released to protect the victim's identity.
