Body Grace Fitness and Yoga Studio, located near the corner of Church and Mill Street, offers nearly 30 terrific classes a week to help our community stay fit and have fun. Our expert certified teachers offer six calorie-busting OUTDOOR cardio/strength/kettlebells classes and 23 ONLINE yoga, tai chi, strength, and circuits classes each week. The CDC recommends exercising in fresh moving air - and we are blessed with 22 LARGE windows in our spacious second floor studio. We offer 15 socially-distanced IN-STUDIO classes a week that are limited to seven students. Beyond our strict cleaning standards and contact tracing practices, we open our windows in the temperature controlled studio to create an outdoor fresh air environment that is never impacted by rain and severe temperature swings.
