Join Team Tunaskin and Honest Eco for a day of sailing and snorkeling out on the water! Join Tunaskin and Honest Eco for a day of fun out on the pristine waters of Key West aboard a 42ft Catamaran! This 4 hour trip includes two different stops out to the reef (approx 40 mins each) where patrons will be able to take a plunge into the crystal clear water and dive with tropical fish and coral. Event Details Cost of the trip is $75 per person with capacity limited to 25 guests. Each person will receive a commemorative UPF 35+ Tunaskin performance shirt with sign-up. Snorkel gear will be provided free of charge by Honest Eco but each attendee is welcome to bring their own snorkel gear. Water and food such as fresh fruit and vegetables with hummus are also included with the trip. Gratuity is not included with the trip price so remember to tip the crew at the end! All attendees must sign a waiver prior to boarding. A physical copy will be provided at the dock for attendees to sign and can also be found at the bottom of this page. Please note: Their is no parking available at the dock. Attendees can walk, bike or take the free shuttle service from their hotel. Paid parking is also available through the City of Key West's Old Town Garage. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to departure from the dock. Event Timeline 9:00a : Check in (231 Margaret Street, Seawall Slip #3, Key West, FL 33040) 9:30a : Set sail 9:30a-1:00p : Out on the water 1:00p : Return to port Event Waiver Please review the event waiver below. A copy will need to be signed at check-in on the day of the event. In exchange for participation in the activity of Boarding, Boating, Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, practicing yoga, Snorkeling and Disembarking - organized by Honest Eco LLC (dba Dolphin Watch, Nature Watch and Yoga at Sea) of Key West, FL 33040 and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Honest Eco LLC I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following: 1. I agree to observe and obey all rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Honest Eco LLC, or the employees, representatives or agents of Honest Eco LLC. 2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activities and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Honest Eco LLC for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities of Honest Eco LLC, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Honest Eco LLC or other third parties. 3. I agree to indemnify and defend Honest Eco LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities of Honest Eco LLC. 5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Florida law. 6. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this Agreement if I so desire. 7. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement or of any other applications of such provision, as the case may be, and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement. I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
