TYSONS, VA — Fairfax County Police allege that a man disguised as a woman unlawfully filmed people in a dressing room at Tysons Corner Center. The incidents happened at the Nordstrom store on several dates, according to a video update from police spokesperson Sgt. Shafer. On Oct. 24, a janitor reported a concealed video camera found inside a bathroom. On Nov. 7, a woman reported being unlawfully filmed inside a dressing room. A police investigation linked an unidentified person believed to be a woman to the two incidents. On Nov. 14, police received word that the individual was in the store. Police searched the area and found the suspect disguised as a woman. Police allege that Gerson A. Rosales Miranda, 20, of Woodbridge, was responsible for the Nov. 7 unlawful filming. He was charged with five counts of unlawful filming, and additional charges are pending as detectives investigate. He was given a $2,500 bond. Anyone who sees suspicious activity during the holiday shopping season is encouraged to alert police.
