Description

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — Homer, a 16-month-old whippet, escaped from a car in Haymarket on his way home from a breeder to his new owners in Ashburn. He has been missing since Oct. 19. Homer's owners and all their friends and family have been frantically looking for him. They are working with dog trackers to find him. There were sightings of Homer this past weekend from Manassas to Dumfries to Woodbridge. The weather is getting colder, and Homer is probably scared and hungry. The owners are doing everything they can to find him. The public is asked to call Tim and Katy at 571-278-7029, or 703-593-4244 if they think they see Homer. They are desperate to bring Homer home and are heartbroken at the thought of him being cold and alone outside. (Courtesy of Woofies Pet Ventures)
