Description
We are conducting a research study at McLean Hospital to study the genetics, body
physiology, and brain measures of stress in people with symptoms of posttraumatic stress
disorder (PTSD). A prior formal diagnosis of PTSD is not required to qualify
for the study.
What’s Involved:
-1 (Or multiple) visit to McLean Hospital (total of 8 and a half hours with a thirty minute
lunch break, some procedures can be done remotely)
-a blood draw, MRI scan, psychiatric interview, behavioral task
Who Can Participate:
-Right-handed individuals with PTSD
-Ages 18-55
-Able to read and speak English fluently
-Safe for MRI scanning (e.g., no metal implants)
Payment up to $320 for your time.
