Description
Home Aesthetics is in a dynamic growth stage and is accepting applications for Production Manager. We are looking for a key team member to help us continue our over 45%+ growth from 2019. The candidate we select will have broad experience in a comprehensive variety of trades including painting, and rough carpentry.
Qualified applicants will have at least one year managing crews and project budgets in the trades. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Those who perform in this role will see an increase in pay and responsibility as it is earned. An insurable driver's license, a vehicle that can transport ladders and trades equipment, and no criminal history is a requirement.
Applicants must be able to work full time.
60k base salary with competitive bonus benefits packages, 2 weeks paid vacation, and room for advancement based on performance.
