Make Music Together with us at Potomac Music! With FCPS going virtual for the first quarter, we wanted to offer opportunities for your children to stay engaged in music! Our new small group class program will offer new music, new technique, and lots of new friends. Our studios are large enough to allow for social distancing and face masks will be required. Some prior playing experience is required. Beginners should enroll in private lessons first. Percussion Ensemble Classeswith Eric Zabala — Mondays at 5PMThe highlight of our fall programs! Learn technique and new music on multiple percussion instruments while having a blast. For ES & MS aged students, experience preferred but not required. String Quartet Classeswith Shaun Jurek— Mondays at 3PMand with Aaron Furry — Wednesdays at 5PMEnjoy the small group experience and learn something new! Some playing experience is required. Beginners should enroll in private lessons first. Woodwind Quartet Classeswith Aaron Furry — Wednesdays at 4PMHave a blast in this mixed ensemble while learning new technique, new music. Group Voice Classeswith Abbey Smith — Wednesdays at 4PM and on Thursdays at 7PMLearn new repertoire, new technique, new music, and some new friends this fall. Group Hand Drum Classeswith Nancy MacLachlan— Mondays at 10AM (30 minutes, tuition is $140 for the fall program)Learn some new rhythm patterns and foundations.
