Felony Child Pornography Charges Filed Against Great Falls Man

HERNDON, VA — A Great Falls man is facing multiple felony charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, according to the Herndon Police Department's weekly crime report. Working with the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, police arrested Stefan Julian Koza, 33, of Great Falls, on Dec. 2, in the 300 block of Herndon Parkway. Police charged Koza on five felony counts of possession of child pornography and five felony counts of distribution of child pornography. Koza is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Between Dec. 7-13, Town of Herndon police officers issued 132 traffic summons, including four for driving while intoxicated, 12 for driving with no operator's license, and two for driving on a suspended or revoked license. There were three reportable traffic accidents in Herndon. Virginia State Police define "reportable crashes" as those that result in $1,500 in property damage and/or injury.
