They can register online or call 540-899-4797. This form will allow individuals within this age range to sign-up to receive notification when the Covid-19 vaccine will be available to them. Completing this form will not make appointments, but will provide basic information so that health officials can contact individuals within a few weeks. Please click here to fill out the form.
