We are looking for friendly, energetic, and motivated crew members looking to deliver great food and remarkable guest service to our customers! Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Job • Prepare all menu items according to the provided recipes • Work in all positions within the restaurant, whether preparing bowls, cleaning workstations, or handling the register • Assure each customer has the best experience possible, including greeting and a sincere farewell • Keep guest areas clean and presentable. • Provide guest suggestions to create the ultimate poke bowl • Visits guests and pre bus, provide drink refills, and dole whip samples • Displays positive outlook and pleasant manner • Ability to accurately provide correct change to guests and operate POS system • Other duties as directed Additional duties of Shift Lead • Ability to direct the work of co-workers • Ability to accurately answer questions from co-workers and guests • Accurately counts drawer, drops deposit, and completes mid/closing checklist Requirements, Education, Skills, and Experience • Previous restaurant experience a plus • Excellent guest service skills • Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy • Self-motivation and ambition • Enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly $9-$10/hr + tips If interested, apply on Facebook or email us at IFPC Hiring for an application.
