CHANTILLY, VA — Rosenthal Properties acquired Chantilly Park, a fully leased retail center on Route 50 that includes Anytime Fitness, Boost Mobile and many other restaurants and service-oriented tenants, for $13.2 million.
The property, built in 1987 and located at 14515 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway (Route 50), sits directly across the street from Avion Business park, a 1.35 million square-foot office park.
"Chantilly Park exemplifies well located, multi-tenant, internet resistance retail and we are pleased to add this asset to our portfolio," Greg Jacobsen, vice president of acquisitions at Rosenthal Properties, said in a Feb. 26 statement.
Founded in 1999, Rosenthal Properties is a commercial real estate firm in the Washington, D.C., area. The company owns, leases or manages about 7 million square feet of retail centers, industrial parks and office buildings in Virginia, Maryland and D.C., including Penn Mar Shopping Center in Forestville, Maryland, Stonehenge Village in Richmond, Virginia and Prince William Square Shopping Center in Woodbridge.
