While many businesses have faced challenges during the last several months due to the coronavirus pandemic, franchisees Kristen and Rico Vicencio are hoping to spread a little happiness to the community. "We're looking forward to seeing our newest shop thrive in a community like Chantilly," Kristen Vicencio said in a statement.
