WEST SPRINGFIELD, VA — A tree fell on a vehicle on Rolling Road in West Springfield Friday, according to Fairfax County Police. The tree fell on Rolling Road at Morrissette Drive. Photos appeared to show the tree fell on a vehicle. A Fairfax County Police spokesperson said no one was injured. Rolling Road was closed in both directions due to the fallen tree. The road has since reopened. A handful of road closures happened around the county during Friday's storm and strong winds that followed. The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for Fairfax County, warning of wind gusts up to 55 mph and downed tree limbs. The wind advisory expired at 3 p.m. Friday.
