All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS SEXUAL BATTERY (late), 2021-02090195, 5100 block of 8th Road S. At approximately 9:47 p.m. on February 9, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 6:15 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when she noticed the male suspect walking behind her. The suspect approached the victim, grabbed her waist and thrusted himself against her multiple times while making sexual comments. The victim continued walking and, as she approached her residence, the suspect re-approached her and brushed his hands against her breast. The victim was able to enter her residential building and close the door, preventing the suspect from following her inside. The victim was not injured. The suspect is described as a Black male, 40-50 years old, approximately 5'4"-5'5", with a skinny build, black eyes, wearing a green jacket, black hat, and blue mask. The investigation is ongoing.
