ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing Arlington man. Oscar Flores, 27, was last seen on February 13, 2021, at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the area of the Dulles Toll Road and Wolf Trap in Fairfax County.
Mr. Flores is described as a White male, 6'2", 160 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark pants, and dark work boots. Police and family are concerned for his health and welfare.
