Press release from the Arlington County Government: February 16, 2021 ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing Arlington man. Oscar Flores, 27, was last seen on February 13, 2021, at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the area of the Dulles Toll Road and Wolf Trap in Fairfax County. Mr. Flores is described as a White male, 6'2", 160 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark pants, and dark work boots. Police and family are concerned for his health and welfare. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective R. Ortiz at 703-228-7402 or [email protected].
