Weekly cadet meeting
All intending to come to this meeting (members and guests) need to request a ticket through EventBrite. There are no actual tickets required or fees. This allows the CAP staff to ensure meeting attendance is capped at 50 people to comply with CDC guidlines.

Cadets being dropped off at a meeting will ensure that their ride stays until they have been cleared to enter the meeting.Members will put on mask prior to exiting vehicleFor temperature screening upon entryRules during meeting:
No sharing of food or drinksFacemasks will be worn during meetings. Masks should be plain colors with no logos or print of any kind. Members are encouraged to bring their own face masks/coverings to meetings. Masks will also be available at the meetings. Use hand sanitizer when changing locations Maintain social distancing as much as possibleDuring PT activities, masks will be optional and distancing will be strictly enforcedPost-Meeting Procedures
Sanitize all surface areas, including tables, chairs, door handles, etc. Restore classroom to it’s original state. Return chairs to storageReturn display cases to original locations
