UPDATE: Rosa Ruiz has been located. ANNANDALE, VA — Fairfax County Police are searching for an endangered missing teen in Annandale. Rosa Ruiz, 17, was last seen on June 12 in the 7400 block of Eastmoreland Road. She is considered endangered due to mental or physical health concerns. Ruiz is described as 5 foot and 170 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion. Her last known clothing description is unknown.
