Fine dining and catering Chef Ernesto is the owner and head chef of Ernesto's Kitchen. Chef Ernesto first became a seafood cook while working for PappaDeaux in Dallas, TX. After leaving PappaDeaux Chef Ernesto moved home and went to work for himself and embraced his complex culinary skills with ease, whereas a normal cook would act as a middle man, Chef Ernesto was a one stop point of contact between kitchen staff and customers. Advanced culinary skills Ernesto moved forward working his way up from a cook to a business owner. He is well known for his gourmet cuisines such as the red snapper trout topped with chili cherry tomatoes, the jumbo boat of bbq shrimp with heads on, and the tender bearnaise grilled chicken.
