Description
Earlier in the year, as a Cypress resident, I had been exercising at Planet Fitness in Tomball. With the pandemic and that at least one member of our household is at risk, I have stopped working out at the center. Instead, I go for morning walks around our neighborhood.
To make it interesting, I first looked for landmarks (e.g., large trees, retaining pounds), various road, community, and yard signs, and objects that looked like letters to spell out our community name: WILDWOOD at OAKCREST.
When I spotted the red rims on the sports car, it made me think of color. So on my most recent walk, I looked for objects in the colors of the rainbow: RED, ORANGE, YELLOW,GREEN, BLUE, INDIGO, and VIOLET. I must say that indigo and violet are the most challenging to find.
How about you? What colors can you find around your neighborhood? Although we almost all workout (e.g., walk) while listening to music, having something in addition to occupy the mind and eyes makes the exercise go faster.
