In our first episode of Hot Eats, we introduce one of our firefighter foodies. Jeremie Bricout was raised in a French firefighting family. In episode one "French(y) in the Firehouse", Bricout teaches us how to make authentic French baguettes AND the difference between American and French firefighter gear.
