General updates on city operations are always available at CityofIrving.org, on the city's Twitter feed (twitter.com/thecityofirving) and Facebook page (facebook.com/thecityofirving). Irving recreation centers will open for regular business Monday, Feb. 22. Irving Library locations will open for drive-through service only Friday, Feb. 19 and Saturday, Feb. 20. Reopened facilities will open for regular business hours and services Monday, Feb. 22.
