Press release from Annawon Lodge 115: Feb. 19, 2021 On Wednesday, February 24th, 2021 the brothers of Annawon will be hosting their first monthly give back night at La Luna Ristorante located at 168 North Main Street in Branford, CT. Anyone who shows the flyer pictured or mentions they are eating for the Masonic giveback night will have 20% of their check given back to Annawon lodge. The give back day is valid all day on the 24th and is accepted by eating in or by take out to accommodate those not comfortable eating out due to COVID. Additionally, a group of the brothers will be in attendance at the restaurant between 7-9 pm and invite you to join them in person for a night of fun and an opportunity to learn more about Masonry. Annawon lodge Fellowcraft club president Joseph F. McVety Jr expressed his gratitude for La Luna Ristorante becoming the first restaurant to host what he hopes will become a monthly giveback night, he also spoke about the charitable endeavors giveback nights like this would help accomplish "It's important to remember when you come to La Luna Ristorante or any of our future events, you aren't just helping our organization continue to serve the great city of West Haven, you are helping us fund our Annawon Award of Excellence Scholarship. This scholarship is given to a highschool senior that is a resident of West Haven. You are helping us run our various other charitable events including our food drives, Easter basket giveaways etc and other beneficial programs for the people of West Haven. We are grateful for the people of West Haven and we hope to be able to continue to give back to the community in more ways assisted by give back nights like this."
