Jade Hall-Wright has always loved baking and cooking. One night, she was eating popcorn while watching a movie when her mom asked, "What if this was flavored?"
That's when she decided to turn her passion into a profitable business.
The Wright Pop opened in May 2019 with two flavors of popcorn: cookies and cream and cinnamon crunch. The business has since expanded to include flavors like maple bacon, red velvet, banana pudding, hot Cheetos, spicy and more.
A snack size is available for $7, and a large is $15.
Orders can be placed on Facebook or Instagram, with curbside pickup or delivery options available. Hall-Wright also sets up at Lindsley Park from time to time to sell the excess from bulk orders and events.
