The independent living space, called The Terraces, will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. There are 25 floor plans to choose from, and each comes with a balcony or terrace. Inside, the building will have an indoor pool, wellness center and top-floor restaurant and bar that includes a private space that can be reserved for parties and events.
