An East Dallas hospital ranked second best in the metroplex and fourth in the state in an annual report ranking the top medical facilities in the country.
Baylor University Medical Center at 3500 Gaston Ave. came in second behind UT Southwestern Medical Center, according to the rankings released by U.S. News & World Report.
