LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Feb. 17. All charges are merely accusations. Tiffany Alexis Blackwell, 44, of Rockville Centre, was arrested on West Broadway on Feb. 14 and charged with DWI and a one-way violation.Sean T. Boyle, 46, of Garden City, was arrested on Neptune Boulevard on Feb. 15 and charged with DWI.Stephanie Torres, 24, of Bellmore, was arrested on West Park Avenue on Feb. 16 and charged with DWI.
