Press release from the City of Bellaire: February 14, 2021 Due the extreme weather the library will be closed on Monday, February 15, and Tuesday, February 16, for curbside hold pickup. We have arranged for extra hold time so your books on hold will be there for you when curbside resumes on Wednesday at 10:00 am. No fines will be charged during these closed days.
