AUSTIN, TX — The Texas Department of Transportation has issued its weekly list of planned closures along Interstate 35, yielding a helpful drivers' guide. By consulting the list, motorists are able to negoatiate around areas of potential traffic congestion by finding alternative routes. The latest list comes amid a big freeze engulfing the region that has made travel treacherous given the presence of ice on roads.
