AUSTIN, TX — The Travis County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday sought help from the public in locating a suspect in connection to damage done at the law enforcement agency's downtown building. Sometime overnight on Sunday, officials said in an advisory, an unidentified pedestrian threw an object at the Ned Granger and Holt buildings along the 1000 block of Guadalupe St., causing windows to break. Officials released surveillance camera images with hopes someone might recognize the man and alert to his whereabouts. The suspect is described as having a medium build with dark medium length hair with a dark mustache. He was last seen wearing a red jacket, orange colored shirt, black pants, white and dark athletic shoes and a black backpack. Sheriff's office officials urged those with information regarding the identity of the suspect or the crime to call (512) 854-1444.
