On January 28, 2021, Actuarial Risk Management Ltd. announced the addition of Marc Altschull as a senior consulting actuary. In this newly created position, Altschull will lead an initiative offering insurance asset management solutions, as well as enhance the marketing capabilities of the firm’s actuarial services, particularly within the life insurance industry.
As a senior consulting actuary, Altschull will oversee client needs and develop strategic priorities, models and objectives to enhance services and meet client goals. Additionally, he will lead his team in creating pricing and marketing initiatives to enhance company growth and establish ARM’s presence throughout various key industries.
With a robust background in actuarial services, Altschull is highly experienced in life insurance consulting and risk management, having developed risk management functions for Pacific Life Insurance Company and Voya Investment Management.
A recognized leader in insurance asset management, Altschull is active in a variety of industry organizations. He currently serves as treasurer for CFA Society Atlanta, vice chairperson for the American Academy of Actuaries Life Valuation Committee and treasurer for the Society of Actuaries’ investment section.
