Small Bathroom Demo & Remodel

Description

We have a small bathroom (about 6x8) which has a plumbing leak from the shower head that’s leaking into the wall that needs to be repaired. Some of the bedroom floor was damaged as well so that will need to be addressed as well. The game plan is to demo the bathroom down to the floor to address any damaged floor substrate, which will require removing the tub to inspect then install new tile. The project will also require some drywall replacement and finish and replacing damaged laminate floor. Looking to start ASAP. If you’re interested please reply with your experience and labor rate.
