Job Title / Cleaning Technician Company Overview One Way Cleaning Services was founded in 2003 and provides superior services to Miami and the surrounding area. Our dedicated team of professionals help our customers with House Cleaning,Office Cleaning,Move In/Out,Post Construction Cleaning,and Virucide Disinfecting Services (For Virucide Disinfecting Services, employees will be paid extra). Position Summary The Cleaning Tech role is a new role for our 2021 season. The objective of this role is to act as second in command to the owner, providing direction to the team. This person will have experience managing and scheduling a crew of 2-6 people. We're looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little direct supervision. Responsibilities For a Cleaning Tech you’ll be expected to complete 1-3 jobs per day A Cleaning Tech will also be expected to drive to and from the job sites. Invoices, creating quotes, and scheduling new jobs will be required. Customer interactions will occur face to face and over the phone. Will need to be available on mornings, afternoons, some evenings and nights. Job Requirements A working vehicle and valid drivers license. Previous leadership experience. Experience working in a mobile service environment. Required 1-2 year job expirence or training. Experience with specific equipment or chemicals. Verified background check. Additional Information All the cleaning supplies and equitmpent will be provided by the employer. Before the training the wage will be $9/hr and after it’ll be $10-$13 depending on previous experience and qualifications.
