Guided by Eduardo Valdes, founder of the Havana Surf Association, two American filmmakers travel across the island to the notorious Guantanamo province as well as to the country’s best waves. Surfing With The Enemy es la historia de un grupo de surfistas de La Habana que luchan por establecer un nicho para su deporte en la sociedad restrictiva de Cuba.
