HANDYPERSONS wanted-part time. Current and upcoming projects/tasks include painting, popcorn finish, drywall, pressure washing, window/door repair, lock rekeying, mold treatment, tile work, siding, landscaping, drainage, fence work, HVAC, duct work, electrical, roofing repair, skylight replacement, clearing trees, fascia, soffits, gutters, cement/brick work, garage door repair, appliances, plumbing, related property rehab tasks, yard work, and material pick-up/delivery. Skill set expandable based on job requirement. Will train as necessary. Could be filled by 1 to 3 people depending on response, availability, and work schedule. Existing properties located in Stone Mountain (3), Decatur (1) and Alpharetta (1). List may expand over time with new property rehab acquisitions outside the perimeter (Gwinnett, DeKalb, North Fulton, Forsyth, and Cobb County). Work is on call, as needed basis. Must have transportation, smart phone (cell with carrier identified), e-mail and basic tools. Specialty tools, such as a spray painter, power wash, and auto feed snake, will be provided as needed. Ability or access to print tasks desirable (printer, FedEx, or office supply store). Typical tasks are punch lists at an hourly rate based on $120+/day and varies based on skill set. Some projects/tasks are fixed price. For independent tasks, transportation at $.50/mile and hours are portal to portal. Material purchase, if needed, is reimbursed at cost plus 15%. Independent work desirable but some tasks will be in support of supervisor. Intent is to develop into long term support for maintenance and future real estate purchase rehab.
