Jersey Mike's Coming To The Strip At Former Pita Pit Location

TUSCALOOSA, AL —University of Alabama students, Tuscaloosa residents and visitors will soon be able to grab a sandwich at the city's first Jersey Mike's Subs on University Boulevard, which will soon take the place of the now-closed Pita Pit location on University Boulevard. Craig Construction is listed on the permit as the contractor for the project, with the full estimated value priced at $210,000. The location will be the only Jersey Mike's in Tuscaloosa and the sandwich maker's 19th location statewide, with three in the Birmingham metro.
