THE BENEFITS Professional exterminator organization looking for an elite pigeon exclusion specialist to rapidly rise within our growing company. This position pays $20 an hour for the right individual. Company truck and tools are added perks. THE JOB DETAILS: We are looking for someone primarily to inspect, diagnose, and perform pigeon exclusion and removal services including light carpentry work on roofs. In the future, other duties might include rodent work, termite and general pest control. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS -Must have a no fear attitude when it comes to heights! You will be required to climb 20-30 feet into the air and maneuver well on tile two story roofs. -Must be a VERY good handyman with a good knowledge of tools and how to use them -Ability to lift 50 lbs. -Physically fit with ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and crawl into tight spaces -Must be able to pass a background check -Must have a clean appearance -Reliable transportation is a must at first before you receive your company vehicle -Ability to work some weekends -Work well with others and alone -Great at creative thinking and figuring out answers to challenging jobs. -Must have the ability to write in English and do basic math. -If you are reading this ad and are excited to work for us then please reference #1369 in your response. -Ability to quote and estimate bird removal jobs.
