We at Montgomery Realtors® are seeking someone who would like to take on maintaining apartments / an apartment complex. Such maintenance would include caring for occupied apartments, preparing vacant apartments (including cleaning, painting, and repairing them) for rental, and helping with grounds-keeping as needed. The ideal candidate would also provide customer service to both current and future residents as various questions / concerns arise.
