Rent Portland Homes - Darla Andrew's Office is hiring a full time handyperson who can do it all - or at least can do most of it, and is willing to learn the other parts. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM. We're looking for someone who has experience within the repair world. We're a small team based in NW Portland, but we manage homes all over the Portland metro area. Skills / Experience Desired - Repairs (smoke alarm installs, repairing decks/railings, etc) - Installing appliances - Interior & exterior inspections - Diagnostic / assessing issues - Scheduling repairs with tenants & communicating with outside vendors as needed - Removing garbage / dump runs Painting skills are highly desired. You will need to provide proof of a clean driving record upon acceptance of the job. Applicants will need to have their own work truck/van and basic tool sets for use on the job.
