Must be experienced in drywall replacement/installation, carpentry, painting, electrical fixture installation and general construction skills. Two people are needed to renovate a modular home that is structurally sound but has numerous areas of damage. The previous occupant performed no maintenance for several years. The job requires cleaning the home, replacing drywall, repairing damaged ceiling panels, fixing or replacing broken doors, replacing flooring, and installing some plumbing fixtures etc. The home is located in Winnemucca Nevada and will require at least two people working 2-3 weeks. If you are on the job from the start to a satisfactory completion - based the approval of a licensed contactor you will receive AT LEAST a $300.00 bonus. The job will require each worker to put in 40-50 hours of work per week over a 2 to 2.5 week period. There will be a supervisor making regular visits to monitor the work.
