Todd L. Schaefer would be around 58 years old today... he grew up at 31st and Colfax and his last permanent address was in Hopkins, Minn... We just read that he had his 5th DWI a couple of years ago. He was living at the Mission Lodge in Plymouth next to the Mission Detox Center. WE're wondering if he is still alive.
