Healthy Tree Service is looking for an experienced ground crewman/Jr. climber. Qualified candidates only please. Responsibilities: - Use chainsaws to limb & buck material on the ground and while climbing - Clear and load material into chipper - Demonstrate basic application of approved rigging/knots and climbing techniques/procedures. - Climb small trees to start and willingness to learn to advance climbing skillset - Job site clean-up - Responsive to tree climber needs - Responsible for the inspection and proper working condition of chainsaws and chipper - Champion for best-in-class job safety and customer service Requirements: - 1+ years’ experience as a ground crewman & 6+ mths experience climbing for a tree service or landscape company. - Endurance necessary to perform duties through a standard ten-hour day in all types of conditions - Must be a team player and adapt to changing tree job types - Pass an MVR, background test and pre-employment drug screening - Insurable driver with valid license - Reliable transportation to equipment yard or job sites - References available upon request Additional Details: - Full-time hourly position; 4 days @ 10 hours - Medical available - Paid holidays Do you qualify?
