Description
male, 50's, vocalist / guitarist, competent on keys and a handful of other instruments, enough where i can learn material,
most past pro work was lead vocal in the NW in the 90's, back when i was in my 20's, been playing blues casually here and there and doing professional production work since then. i write, produce, have good gear and some recording equip.
looking to get a chill, serious, but no stress, project together. willing to play out but let the project make its natural progression, no pressure or rush to get there before its ready.
I'm coming from an alternative and classic rock / blues background in my past musician life, I'm now looking to do something a little different, I'd love to do some older classic stuff, keep the blues, but do some motown, 50's/60's stuff, maybe even some older country or bluegrass, willing to try some stuff out of the scope of mainstream and write originals too,
my wishlist would be to have a strong vocal section to handle nice backups and do some doo-wop type stuff, in addition to another guitarist, drums and bass, I would love to eventually have a sax or any brass in the band as well, as well as dedicated keys,
I'm a solid rythym player, can do some lead, but I'm mostly a vocalist,
if this sounds like something you'd be interested in let me know, thnx
